Badlands National Park

Description

As we were driving along the dirt road to Roberts Prairie Dog Town to catch a glimpse of the elusive burrowing owl, we stumbled across a solitary bison grazing near the edge of the road, standing calmly near the small yellow flowers with the jagged Badlands formations glowing in the evening sunlight.

This photo felt like one of those rare moments where nature naturally frames the scene, offering a glimpse into what makes the Badlands National Park experience so special.
