Description

This image of the moon was taken at Grand Canyon National Park in September 2021. Grand Canyon became an International Dark Sky Park in 2019. I lived with a group of Park Rangers on the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon in September of 2021 and many of the rangers were very knowledgable in astral observation.
